What is a VOC study, and how is it different from a regular survey?
The Voice of Customer study is an in-depth interview process that reveals why customers make their buying decisions. A survey gives you “yes/no” answers – VOC uncovers motivations, concerns, and quotes that explain what truly drives (or stops) a purchase.
How long does the entire process take?
A VOC study usually takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the number of customer segments. The process includes planning, interviews, analysis, and a final report with actionable recommendations.
Does Calln’grow have access to my customer data?
We never use or share your customer data for any purpose other than conducting the Voice of Customer research. We act as a data processor – handling information exclusively under contract and in full compliance with GDPR, ensuring safety and confidentiality.
