How our team was founded
CallnGrow was born from experience and a real business need discovered by our founder, Maciej. While running his own company focused on implementing advanced technologies, he noticed that many small and medium-sized businesses had great products and services – yet still lost customers. The problem wasn’t quality, but a lack of true understanding of what drives customer decisions.
At a time when most companies focused on technological innovation and artificial intelligence, we decided to go back to the basics. Because sales always start with a simple question: “Why does a customer buy – or walk away?” The search for that answer became the foundation of CallnGrow.
Today, we are a team of five experts combining experience in sales, marketing, and data analysis. Our mission is to help companies understand their customers better than the competition – and turn that knowledge into stronger sales, loyalty, and long-term growth.
